anyone have any experience with Sakura Livaaboard?

Hello all. I am planning a trip to Tubbataha Reef and was looking at http://www.sakuracharter.com/ Anyone have any first hand experience they would like to share.

Have couple of questions:
1. Where do you board the boat? You will need to fly to Purto Princesa in most cases.
2. Only 1600L of fresh water and no mentioning on desalination.
3. No mention also on the Park fees(inclusive?)

1. All the boats I have found Board in Purto Princesa. This one is the same.
2. I assume this is not their first trip and know how to manage their fresh water. I could be very wrong with this and did not even think of this when considering a liveaboard.
3. park fees are not included. All the options I have seen do not include park fees. Not a big deal.

I care a bit more about how they handle dive operations and first hand experiences with the crew and accommodations.
