Hi there, was recently at the Osaka aquarium and they had a neat display area for smaller tanks. Anyone know what kind of fish these are? There weren't any signs in English around this exhibit.

Yes, they're the rare, ellusive Tea Fish !!!
They're awaiting their host to have tea in the Octopuss's Garden in the Sea !!!
Just kidding, don't know . . . just needed to have a chuckle.

If yousquint you eyes really hard, and imagine them grown up, you could think that they were juvinile frog fish. Look at the pectoral feet.

Or they could be rubber toys, that is always a possibility.

The infamous Spiny Lumpsucker! This one shot off the coast of Eastport, Maine. A very cool fish that comes in a variety of colors.

Well at least that's what they look like to me.
