Apeks hose size

I am switching 1st stages from DST to a DS4 to use with my XTX50 second and octo and need a hose for my primary. I know the port size on the DS4 is 1/2" but do I need just a standard 5/8" female for the XTX or does it require a different fitting?

DS4 actually has four 3/8" MP ports and one HP 7/16" port - no 1/2" port... And yes, the standard connection between the hose and second stage will work.
