I would go with the tx50 for both. It's nice to be ablet to turn up the cracking pressure on the backup reg, and it's nice to be able to back off the pressure when the reg is not in use.

Is the price diff between the 40 and 50 that much?

Non swivel is the best of course, I like the DS4, and have 5 of them.
