Yes, they are. Also Aqualung, Sherwood, Genesis, and at least some of TUSA.
 
Also, Aeris and Oceanic used to be twins - The Aeris name went defunct several years ago. Perhaps someone got their "A's" confused.
 
I own both an Oceanic Pro Plus 3 and a Aqualung i550C
The operations and screens are very similar.
