How do you plan your dive if you don’t know how much air you consume?Nope. Can't say I have any use for that metric either.

What happens if you are at a shalliowish site, like 20 ft, which is what Blue Heron Bridge is. Do you still use NDL to plan your dive?NDL is my limiting factor.
I can't tell if you are joking or simply do understand that NDL is not the limiting factor for shallower dives.Plan a dive for 20 ft ? Can I use a slide rule?
OK: I'll just figure on a two hour safety stop.
Not just Yes, but how else could I plan the dive?I don't think that calculated SAC will be much help in "planning" a 20 foot dive. Do you?
Let me give an example:If you would, what would be your dive plan for a 20 foot dive using your SAC?
Bottom line is, how can I trust that this computer calculates properly the tissue loading and all the other values if the average depth is not calculated properly? I emailed Aqualung and did not get an answer.
I KNOW my SAC, so it is easy to calculate my dive time at 20 ft. (2h, by the way)Obviously NDL is irrelevant at 20 ft. But, what IS your dive time based on your SAC at 20 ft? That's what we're talking about.
