I hurt my back at the beginning of the year, and I just don't dive that often. When I do, I use my backplate. This is a great deal, and I hope it allows you to mark one more thing off your list. These BCs really are super comfy for a woman, and if she tries it on.. hands down this is what she'll choose. I know I did!
