Repairing some tears and patches on booties with aquaseal and tube keeps drying up. Have gone through two tubes now and regardless of cap being on securely it still dries up entire tube. Am I missing some obvious step or does entire tube have to be used within days of being opened? Is there an alternative to using aquaseal glue for repairing tubes?

Shoe Goo. It's the same as aquaseal, but less than half as expensive. I've repaired gloves and boots recently (two weeks apart) and the tube is still flowing fine.

put it in a ziplock back, get as much air out of the bag as possible, and put in the fridge/freezer.

Managed to get some glue out of bottom by using razer to do incision. Plan to freeze in bag when done.
