Attachment bolt/nut for seaquest lattitude bc

I need a little help in finding a thru bolt & nut for backpack assembly for a seaquest lattitude bc. Looks like a compression head nut and bolt.......couldn't find it at any of the usual places......any ideas/suggestions?

Try: McMaster-Carr I custom design/build scuba gear and use them often for assorted screws/washers/bolts. (I only use marine-grade stainless steel components.) Regular 'tech' scuba gear suppliers such as oxycheq and deepseasupply carry common BP attachment components too.
