I bought an YS-01 last year in February at reef photo.
During my last trip in Raja Ampat the strobe hit and a crack appeared in the piece of plastic that holds the cap (note this part is a single part screwed and has a decal on it). I repaired it with superglue and did 35 dives no flooding.
Upon return I contacted reefphoto again to order the damaged part.
After three months of chasing finally Reefphoto tells me Sea and Sea just don't replace that part I should replace the whole back part of the strobe, this is to replace something I repaired DIY myself

Next time it will be Inon for sure as this is a plain joke
 
Have never bought an inon strobe so I don't know if it would be prone to this issue but at least they reply
Sea and sea don't even bother following up properly
with inon lenses the service is spot on
