Juvenile rockmover wrasse. The juvenile form is sometimes called a Dragon Wrasse.
 
Hey! You want to see lionfish? Come to North Carolina! We have a huge population growing here due to a probable aquarium flush. They are becoming so numerous, it is causing real concern here. I love seeing them in PNG, where they belong, but here? I don't think so........
