I just don't log dives
Has anyone else had issues with hardware and parts being put on back order? I had a part for my MR22 on order and 4 almost 5 weeks later still no part. I called the "local" rep and was told the part is on back order.
Now I thought that the MR22 1st stage was pretty common, whats with parts being so hard to come by? I guess I'm a bit confused with the customer support for apparently special parts.
 
Hi Ben,

To answer your question, in general there are not many issues with parts or product availability. To let you know we have over 4000 individual parts and products, inherently there will always be a hole or part / product that we will be out of; usually not for long. Do you know specifically which part you are waiting for? I'll try and see if I can't drum something up.
