Just curious. How long before the trip did you e-mail them when they said they were booked?

My first email to them was five weeks before the dive. They asked me to call their reservation number two weeks before the dive. When I called (two weeks before the dive), I was told they booked the dive for an earlier departure, and there was nothing I could do.

Ewwww...I agree. Very bad form on their part...very bad!

Did they charge you? If they did, just contest your credit card. You dont have to pay for services not rendered.


No, I was not charged. But it really impacted my vacation, negatively.
