Vickie, try moving to Nevada! Very hard to find year where even a single "Andrew" level hurricane has devastated Nevada, much less three hurricanes in a single year. Dry as hell, very seldom that "sleet" shuts down the state. And if you get bored, jump on the bike and head for Vegas for the weekend! (Yeah, the diving kinda sucks, but hey - think about the availability of affordable flood insurance!baitedstorm:
