Balanced Relief Valve

Can anyone tell me if the DR balanced relief valve has the balancing components internally or are they attached to the tubing as a separate branch? Also, I assume this valve comes with the necessary tubing but it's not shown in any of the pictures.

I am 99% sure it is the same valve as the OMS Sweet Pee valve, and the parts are internal with no extra hose extending from the valve.

I like the valve a lot.
