Hi,

I recently purchased a set of Worthington lp108s that were banded together as twins. I wanted to separate them for use as singles, but I'm running into an issue finding plugs for the modular valves. A friend had a handful of them lying around and we tried threading them into both valves and were met with resistance. Upon comparing the threads from the isolator and the plug, the threads are visibly different.

The tanks are from 2009 I believe and I assume the valves are from a similar era. The rubber on the handwheels are a little banged up, so they aren't new valves. They have absolutely no markings whatsoever. I've got 2 local dive shops on the case, but they aren't having much luck so far.

The last picture shows the isolator and the plugs I borrowed from a friend and you can see the difference in the thread spacing. I know the plugs are specific to left and right valves so we tried each plug in each valve and it would thread part way and then lock up with a ton of threads still exposed.

Any help would be appreciated!

You have a fine thread manifold and a coarse (normal) thread plug.
It is an old manifold, probably a dive rite or an old sea elite.
