Thinking of a diving trip to Cancun for spring break. What are the best places to dive and spearfish? what charters/dive shops should i be looking into? Is it safe to bring gear? Should i be cautious of fills? Any good shore diving?

I always go over to Isla Mujeres and dive with Casa del Buceo. Small, personalized very professional dive shop. There are some nice dives in the area ranging from very easy (Musa Underwater Museum, Manchones Reef) to nice wrecks (c55 and c58). Water is warm and clear.
