Did any of you had issue with dive extra on warranty? What has been your experience with their customer service?
My new dpv started to be very noisy at around the 5th dive with it, so i got in touch with dive extra a week ago. We emailed back and forth quickly, and they concluded that the blacktip had likely a bearing issue and needed to be serviced. I brought up the warranty, and they immediately went silent.... Not too sure why though, so I'm bringing the topic up here in hope that they will see it.
