Threads move to the top because a new post is added in the thread. The Invasion package details never changes so it will slip to the bottom of the sticky thread since it was posted first.

I know of no way to permanently stick it to the top. Maybe an admin can do this but I don't think so.

Whats to wonder about? The invasion is this scuba/social event of the year
