Books??

I've got some Walton Books Gift Certificates laying around. So, I decided to use them to buy some books I've seen mentioned on this and other sites. Guess What? According to the clerk the books are in print but not available.

The Books were:

Technical Diving in Depth Wienke, B.R.
Basic Diving Physics and Application Wienke, B.R.
Reduced Gradient Bubble... Wienke, B.R
Technical Diving Encyclopedia, Revised 2003 Mount, T.

Now I might be willing to buy them elsewhere. But I really would like to use all the dollars tied up in the Walton Gift Certificates.

Help, where can I get these books? A way to get them through Walton?

Techinical Diving in depth is really Basic Diving Physics and Application with few non-diving related chapters added + more advanced math

I got both, and sent Technical Diving one back

BRW is a member on this board as well as TDS. If you PM him he just might be able to help you with 3 of those books

A Tom Mount posted on TDS that Walton Books "...can and will order them...". I PM'd him, emailed twice and replied to the Post. Since the Clerk at our Walton store said it couldn't be done I asked him how so I could pass the info on. So far no answer from him.

The object of this is to use use the Gift Certificates for something that May be worthwhile.
