Due to weather the 'Polar Bear Dive' has been postponed until next Sunday, 10th January, same time and same place. We are currently buried up to the whazoo with snow.

No go again

The Polar Bear dive was once again postponed. This time it was due to 'hazardous' conditions. It was a bright beautiful day but access to the river was impossible. The pictures show our usual entry point completely buried with snow and ice. It is steep even in good conditions.
