Buddy Matrix

Besides the several comical answers which will inevitably be posted, does any SB staff see why, with the way my profile is set-up, I would not appear on the SB Buddy Matrix map? If you see why, what action will correct the problem?

It's a limitation of the Google Maps software.

It can only display a certain number of markers.

You should be able to find yourself with a limited search.

Nah that's fine. I just wanted to make sure I showed up because I moved....this will not impact my diving in any way so all is good. I do wonder how many divers are missed because of that limitation? Is SB able to ensure that certain areas (i.e. So Cal. or FL) do not get filtered out due to volume or is it just a random act by the software? Just my curiosity at work.

It's third-party software, we use it as-is.
