Bug with pound sign in thread title?

I think there is a bug with the way it creates the thread links when you use a # sign in the title. I posted a thread in the Gear classifieds and clicking on the thread brings you to an error. I also posted in the testing forum and I also get an error there when trying to go to the thread.

I believe this is because the special characters in the URL are messing up the webserver:

For example:

t79070-fs-scubapro-200bar-manifold-&-highland-#803-bands.html

Probably tries to go to
t79070-fs-scubapro-200bar-manifold-&-highland-.html and jump down to the 803-bands.html section of that page.

I submitted a duplicate thread without the # and that one is fine.
 
I will add # to our filter list so it no longer appears in the urls.
