I have a pair of fins that are much easier on the legs in current than my OMS Slipstreams however they are just a little too small for use with my rockboots.

I can get them on but it is a very tight fit and too difficult to get them on and off. They are plastic fins with rubber across the top of the pocket.

Has anyone successfully (or even tried) stretching the footpocket of some fins?

I have been wondering whether heating in hot water might soften the plastic enough to allow it to be stretched slightly??? :idk:

Jam a workboot or similar type thingo in there bigger than you want and use a hair dryer or if you're feeling lucky a heat gun. AVOID heating to much to quickly or to little to slowly , the heat spreads, and welds of dissimilar materials. Use water soaked cloths for heat sinking.
