Canon G 11 quick mode change?

I am using the Canon G-11 and Canon WP-DC34 housing.

I have the 'shortcut' button set to do a 'white balance'.

Is there a way to quickly go from P mode to movie mode?

When diving in the Pacific Northwest with 7mm gloves on, trying to rotate the thumbwheel to change modes is a little cumbersome in 48 degree waters.

I use the buttons but, I don't usually take many pictures when I'm diving cold.
