Hi.

That is a US Customer service ? Do you know the european one ? One more thing were can we get the explosion diagrams (I had a Sony housing and the local service center here in portugal got me one) to know what parts and references to order.

yes that is a US customer service, my apologies, i usually only post in the Hawaii Ohana forum. I am not sure about diagrams, I have found some just by searching the net. Hope this helps.
