Can't get 'Chat' to work

Hi, I keep seeing red icons on my Chat but when I click on Chat I get a 'missing plug-in' message. I've dloaded and installed the plug-in a few times now (Javafor OSX) but still doesn't seem to work.

I'm using a Mac OSX 10.8.2. Not sure if Chat is just incompatible with a Mac altogether. Not a huge deal but would be nice to be able to chat with other SB members

Which browser are you using, and have you tried a different web browser?

Sorry, using Firefox and also tried with Safari. No luck. And, ironically enough, when I click on the link you shared, I get the same 'missing plug-in' message.

Instead of following the download link, go to Java Downloads for All Operating Systems and see if that fixes it.

The chat room is just Java.
