Heh, on our last trip, we had to get 2 150+pound Rebreathers in and out every day.

Not actually that hard. There is a pulley (with a rather fragile looking rope so we brought our own)

Everyone gets out of gear in the water, leave one person in the cenote. Then you scale the rocks (not as hard as it seems) and haul it up...
