Cool, watch out though. Chica will have a huge advantage during the SSA angel shark rodeo with those papa smurf proctologist gloves of hers.

Much of the Orange County crowd will be on the Sundiver. I'll be on the Sundiver during the day and then Derek will join us for Chamber Evening. See you all then!

We're almost at $9500 due to the generosity of Dive Vets. Now in case you don't know who these folks are, they're a group that regularly dives Veterans Park in Redondo, along with other locations in the area (www.divevets.com). And they're certainly stepping forward and supporting our Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber in a big way. Hopefully some other dive groups will follow their lead.

We've only got 10 days to go until Chamber Day and Eve so we really need to crack it up a bit to surpass our record-setting amount raised last year. It's not out of the realm of possibility, but we can't do it without you. You can make a donation either through our website (www.chamberday.org) or by calling our co-ordinating store at 310/652-4990.

Who's up to the Challenge? Who‘s going to push us over $10,000?? WHO'S NEXT?????

Thanks, John, he'll be 12 next month. He's has 57 dives now. I'll make sure I get him to the wrinkles dives soon. We've been primarily boat dives but we're going to take Claudette's beach speciality soon, :)

Jim, the GE is our favorite (we live in South OC so Long Beach is about as far as we like to drive)...good boat, good crew, and good fun :) We waited WAYYY too long to get our spot, so are on the Bottom Scratcher. Hoping Gregg will pull out his bagpipes on the surface interval and serenade us :)

 I would be honored, Mark!! :D Let's synchronize calendars for June. The Garibaldi nesting season should be in full swing and endlessly entertaining. I'd LOVE to dive with you and Sean. (GREAT picture, BTW!! Captures the perfect joy of diving... forever young :)
