Chat button giving wrong number of users

Sometimes I will see that there are people in the chat room, but when I click on it, there is no one there.

For example I see this:


When I log in, I don't see anyone.


I know it's not a big issue, and it doesn't really bother me that much, but since this is the "feedback" section, I thought I'd point it out.

The button takes a while to update.

The busiest time for chat is generally around 9:30pm EST
