Does anyone have the details on the class action lawsuit filed by Ralph Huntzinger on
May 21, 2015 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against Aqua Lung America,
alleging its dive computers' software can malfunction giving the diver inaccurate information on a dive?

Someone actually want to take a company to court over this??
Parasites.

AquaLung makes dive computers?

Distributed Suunto, in US, up until very recently.

I've had 5 Suunto computers fail in a year and a half, all depth sensors. 2 Suunto D9, 1 Vytec, 1 Cobra, 1 Mosquito. Sue em because obviously there is a problem which relates to the safety of their products.

I see where such failures make the computers unusable, but in what way did it make them unsafe?
