We dive there often so we will check it out someday soon. It might be a bit of a swim from Hinman island unless they would let us into Wurstfest in SCUBA gear.
 
The building with Wurstfest written on the roof is also where Landa Falls tube rental is located, and its a good entry point for diving the river. They charge an admission, but it includes pick-up by their shuttle if you dive on down past the tube chute.

Never knew about that tunnel under the plant to the right of the falls. Spooky!

I have entered the water above the falls and upstream a little, at the T where Elizabeth Ave meets Landa Park Dr. Not sure if that's allowed, but it was a nice little spot. Have to swim steadily against the current, or get behind the big concrete caissons below the small falls there.
 
Yeah that seems a bit sketchy.:eek: Does the tunnel go into the hydro plant? Still would be cool to look into though.
