I was wondering if anone knew of a website that i could use to id some of the coral and fish in some pictures.

Thanks alot.

That helped with a few of them, thank you very much.

I really need some help identifing the coral now, thanks again.

If you have some spare patience, then http://www.fishbase.org/search.php?lang=English is a nice place to help with the fish-id chore.
I recommend using the "Information by ecosystem" drop list, selecting the region where you got the pictures, and then select "identification". Depending on your selected location it should display some pages with tons of fishes in all the orders, usually starting from sharks/rays.
Maybe a bit cumbersome to use at the beginning, but definitely a very comprehensive database with plenty of information about ecology, predators, food, reproduction, etc.

As a last (or first, your pick) resort you can post a picture of the critter-in-question in the Name that Critter forum here on Scubaboard. :)
