Did the GM mention any specific dives north of Cebu City? I can't find anything and the website for El Mar Resort doesn't mention diving either.

As far as I know, she was the GM and was exploring the possibility of offering diving to guests. In the process of mapping out some sites.
You can always give them a call or email, ask for Grace.
