Ya know, we upgraded to Office 2003 about the same time my timer disappeared (to me) - I bet there is some setting that IS changed that I don't know about. I will see if I can see it from home

I doubt that's the problem. It's has to be on the SB side. I can't see it on my main windows based computer, or on my apple laptop.
