Course outline from SDI divemaster to tech instructor?

I am an SDI divemaster, and am enrolled in deco procedures&advanced nitrox. Upon completion of this class, I would like to start on a track to become a tech instructor. I was hoping that someone could set me on the right track. A starting place, and the process would be very helpful.

Hi there... Short version is first become an SDI instructor (IDC IEC) and then work with a TDI IT to become an entry-level technical instructor... from there, your experience and aptitude will gauge the speed of your progress and the level you attain.
