Hi seaturtle5,

Time to onset figures vary a bit depending
upon the study, but the following from the U.S. Navy/TDI appears to provide reasonable estimates:

Time to onset (% of cases)

- within 1 hour= 42%
- within 3 hours= 60%
- within 8 hours= 83%
- within 24 hours=98%
- within 48 hours=99%

Consideration of onset time, as well as of the nature, locations and progression of your complaints, suggests that it
is extraordinarily unlikely that they are DCS-related.

However, if these do not rather quickly begin to resolve, or multiply or otherwise get worse, you indeed should seek medical, and not just chiropractic, evaluation.

Regards,

DocVikingo
