Scubaboard is being sued by an operator who had problems with a thread about an incident where several people were injured and killed by contaminated gas. The badge is for anyone wishing to contribute to the legal fees and wants to demonstrate that fact or raise awareness about the board's problem. (Glad to see it worked.)
