Dining and activity recommendations in St. Croix

Off to St Croix next week staying at Carambola on the north shore and diving with Cane Bay. We are a family of 5 divers (3 kids ages 14-20) and will have one 20 yo non-diver. Any recommendations for casual dining/places to hang after diving and non-diving activities? Recommendations for snorkeling sites?

I was just in St. Croix last week. The boardwalk in Christiansted may be a good area as there are a number of stores and restaurants in close proximity. This would require a drive or taxi from your hotel however.

Do note that we found many restaurants/stores to be closed Sun-Monday/Tuesday.
