Howdy, I am looking for DIR oriented divers in the NC area, I am going down to Florida couple times this winter, on one I plan to take the Fundamantals course. This summer I am going to start diving the wrecks and would like to find someone with like minded ideas on diving. I will be honing my skills in Lake Rawlings also, I live in Wake Forest, near Fantasy Lake but the vis is pretty bad there.

Hi Tommy,

You might want to try Sea-duction dive shop in Dunn, not sure but I think they may be a lot heavier into tech diving than any other dive shop in the area. I have a friend of mine that likes the 2 tank deep deco stuff (and the long deco stops). If you want, I can call him and see if he knows of a group around here that does deep wreck.
