I've heard nothing but good things from everyone about dumaguete. I'll definitely look you up once I'm down there.

I wanna check out Sumilon cause it's always used as a prime example of reef formation in my classes.

Sumilon is slowly recovering....it was one of the first marine sanctuary in asia but when Silliman gave it to the local government of cebu it was overfished.But now they are protecting the reefs again over 5 years now. This year 1 of the divemasters saw a hammerhead shark at 50meters. There used to be a school of them in my fathers time.
