dive right hand held hid light

Hello,
What are your opinions of the Dive Rite HID hand held light they have out now?

Generally positive reviews from those who've used them. Seems to me though, given its price of $350-$400, you'd be better off spending much less on a UK Light Cannon (under $160 at ScubaToys), or spend a little more and get a canister light.
