Toyo was going to sink a coastguard cutter somewhere near Yokohama (don't remember the exact location) but his business partner was that - a business partner who knew nothing about diving. Plus all the locals that wanted their cut, the fishermen, the guy with the beachfront shop etc

In the end he pulled out because it was going to be too much of a liability. Or so he told me, but you know he likes to exagerate sometimes - after all he's a salesman, worse than that he's a dive shop owner :eyebrow:
