The Tampa/St Petersburg area is pretty vast. Knowing exactly where you will be would be helpful. There are many shops in the area.
An interesting place with a good selection is Bill Jackson's shop for adventure. It's located in Pinellas Park, but, there are good shops all over the a Tampa area.

Ditto. I can drive about 15 minutes in any direction and find a dive shop or two. Kind of funny, considering our local diving isn't all that amazing.

EZ Scuba's pretty good too.
Thanks, I guess I'll start with Bill Jackson's. We will probably drive from Everglade City up to Crystal River for some snorkeling, so we are pretty flexible on where to shop for some dive gear. Just wanna find a good shop while in the US.
