Dive while cruising west carribbean

Hi to every body,
I'm going on a cruise to west carribbean from may 2nd to 9th and The ship will dock in: Cozumel, Grancayman, belize, Roatan. Can some one give suggestion on the best place where to dive. what kind wet suite do you suggest? the short it would be ok? I'm italian and it's my first dive in that area. thank you for your help.
