On Sunday 24th March 2024 19:00 local time, Thai navy official and national park official got a call about a tourist male 41, Korean nationality who traveled with tour operator passed out after changing clothes post diving around Ko Similan of Mu Ko Similan National Park. The official provided first aid by CPR and inserting breathing tube since the patient did not breath and unconscious.

After that the patient was transferred via hospital boat to Thap Lamu Pier at 21:00 local time in order to be transported to Andaman Hub Medical Center for further treatment.
