ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. -- Divers have recovered the body of a man who drowned in Lake Hartwell on Monday afternoon.Anderson County coroner Charlie Boseman says 21-year-old Joaquin Zavaleta-Astudillo, from Hendersonville, N.C., was with his family at the lake.Zavaleta-Astudillo went in the water near Richland Creek Road off of Highway 187 about 10 minutes after eating, Boseman said.Boseman believes Zavaleta-Astudillo may have cramped up and then drowned.The call reporting the drowning came in at about noon on Monday.Boseman says the water is about 10-20 feet deep where the body was recovered just before 4 p.m.
