Hello, #
I am going to be living in Beijing from around March next year, and I am unsure as to whether this is going to be an end to my diving.
Does anyone know what scope there is to dive around and from Beijing? Happy enough with fresh or cold water, basically will dive almost anywhere.

Are there shops? Compressors? Nitrox availble?

Any advice would be appreciated
Cheers

Dave

I have heard that Dalien is one of the dive spots closest to Beijing. I asked my Chinese dive buddy about it a while back and she hadn't dived there (she lives in Tokyo now).

There is a growing group of divers in China who frequent this website so hopefully you will hear from them.

You could dive in the lake by the emperor's summer palace. I hear they do fills at the gazebo.
