Diving with colostomy bag

A friend of mine has had extensive colon surgery and now wears a colostomy bag full time. She is amazing in that it does not seem to slow her down. She beat colon cancer and actually plays tennis and golf constantly. Recently she has asked me if she can try scuba. I am totally at a loss at what to tell her.
