Do giant juvenile Harlequin sweetlips exist?

Again in Lembeh Strait, Indonesia, during a night dive, at around 8 meters. The fish looks like a juvenile Harlequin sweetlips but is at least 25 cm long.... Do they get that big before they change pattern?

Looks like a match for large juvenile/Sub-adult Harlequin sweetlips. The photo shows spots starting to form in the white patches, indicating sub-adult vs juvenile and explaining the larger size.
